All our orders are sent by Recorded Delivery or Internationally Signed For requiring a signature to ensure safe delivery.
In the UK, purchases over £60 are sent by Special Delivery for insurance purposes.
During the checkout process you will be asked to provide a delivery address. Please ensure that this address is correct as we cannot be responsible
for misdirected mail. Please note that recorded delivery items are returned to CobWebs Ltd after 7 days if they are not claimed.
These items will have to be resent, incurring an additional P&P charge for which the customer is liable.
